Bamboo is expanding and we are currently looking for hardworking people with the right attitude, and the ability to speak and read Chinese and English. We have three positions for our Shanghai office:
- Key account manager. The right person will be the project manager for some of our key clients and shall be able to participate in sales meetings. The person should handle the daily contacts with the clients and be the link between the customer and our editorial team. Included in the job is also handling contacts with suppliers, such as printers and freelancers. The person must be able to handle stress. Knowledge of English is a must.
- Chinese editor/writer. He or she should be able to write business-oriented articles as well as doing interviews, translations from English to Chinese, editing and proofreading. If the person can write and/or interview in both English and Chinese it would be a great advantage.
- Graphic designer. He or she should know InDesign, should be able to handle English texts and to handle stress, since we have tight deadlines to keep. Magazine-production experience would be a great advantage.
